Clear Springs Stewardship District
The Clear Springs Stewardship Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 2023-346, Laws of Florida (“Act”), and Chapter 189, Florida Statutes being situated entirely within the City of Bartow, Polk County, Florida and established on October 1, 2023 as a supplemental and alternative method to manage, own, operate, construct, and finance both green and capital infrastructure systems, facilities and services.
The Clear Springs Stewardship CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of the City of Bartow, Polk County, Florida and covers approximately 17,481 +\- acres of land. The powers and functions of the District do not replace, diminish, or obviate the applicability of any County ordinance to the property and the development of the property currently withing the District, as described in Exhibit 2 of Petition, and as the District might be expanded or contracted.
